When I made the decision to shake things up a bit in my life and add more excitement into the mix I launched myself into a series of goal-setting exercising. Don’t get me wrong, I got some great results that I am proud of, but something seemed to be missing for me.
It took a while for me to work out what but when I did it was a big ‘ah-ha’ and now I got about it a slightly different way.
